The hotel had a convenient location and was relatively clean, but it felt a bit old. The service was great, and the staff went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The dining options were uninspiring, but the hotel shared facilities with another one, which was fine. Overall, it offered good value for money.

Upon arrival, the room was not ready, but eventually, the staff member assisted us with accessing it using an electronic key. The room had a minimalistic design akin to an IKEA display room, yet it was furnished with all the necessary details considered.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The top floor room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable king bed. The service was a mix of unhelpful management but friendly staff elsewhere. The location, while not the best for walking around, benefited from the helpfulness of Nazima Ali. The dining experience was decent, although it was a shared complex with Holiday Inn and could get crowded. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the front desk service, although a bit long, did not diminish the quality of my stay. To our surprise, we had a great experience overall.
